2025 MOUNTAIN LIONS TRACK running Program
STARTS MONDAY, march 31 - ENDS THURSDAY, MAY 8
The Mountain Lions Track running program, provides a fun and encouraging environment for Elementary school aged children (5 - 11 years), to learn the basics of middle distance running over a 6-week period. They will learn good running form, improve both speed and strength, in an environment that is focused on the enjoyment of running. All of our running programs are held twice a week after school, and at a different local City of Boulder or City of Louisville Park.
Over the course of the 6-week program, participants will have the opportunity to compete in 3 x FREE track meets. These track meets are designed for the kids to gain confidence in themselves, and their running ability, with the focus on competing with kids that have similar times and abilities.
